The Philippine Red Cross (PRC), in partnership with the German Red Cross (GRC), is currently implementing a project entitled “Advancing Disaster Risk Reduction and Anticipation in the most vulnerable communities in the Philippines'', funded and supported by the German Federal Foreign Office. The project aims to support the target communities in high-risk areas and the PRC to have the required capacity to effectively prepare for, withstand, respond to, and recover from stresses and shocks and to adapt to the humanitarian consequences of climate change and extreme events.
The GRC is inviting proposals for the provision of expert advisory service to finalize the PRC Facilitation Guide of the Roadmap to Community Resilience via Enhanced Vulnerability and Capacity Assessment (R2R via EVCA) with specific considerations, namely contextual considerations for urban, fragile, conflict and violence affected areas, linkages with locally-led anticipatory action and nature-based solutions. The tenderers are requested to read the documents carefully and ensure compliance with all instructions herein. Non-compliance with instructions in the documents may disqualify the bidders from the tender.
