Consultancy for the Evaluation of DG ECHO Project in Lebanon

The German Red Cross, in collaboration with the Lebanese Red Crescent Society is currently looking for a consultant to conduct an evaluation of its Pilot Programmatic Partnership project in Lebanon funded by DG ECHO. Since 2021 the project focuses on support to local and national responders through a "systems" approach aimed at enhancing resilience. Specifically, this approach seeks to enhance in-country prepar-edness and response capacity within existing government and community DRM structures. With the increasingly challenging context in the country, the aim of the consultancy is to review past and current activities, identify lessons learnt and utilize those for a concrete plan on how to continue the project.
